Job description

• Implement control, storage and security of accounting documents and books.
• Directly work with tax authorities when problems arise.
• Check and compare VAT invoices with input and output tax declarations.
• Check and compare import and export declarations.
• Monitor reports on the Company's budget payment, budget backlog, and tax refund status.
• Coordinate with general accounting to compare tax reporting data of establishments between reporting and final settlement.
• Prepare tax refund documents when they arise.
• Monitor, check and prepare VAT and corporate income tax reports periodically or unexpectedly.
• Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.

Other requirements

Expertise:

• Graduated from College or University majoring in finance, accounting, auditing.
• Preferably have experience in a similar position.
• Understand tax accounting operations.
• Understanding of relevant legal regulations.

Skills:

• Able to work independently and in groups.
• Proficient in using office computers (Word, Excel).
